Yes, absolutely. Eira can be booked as a dedicated Day Studio for teams who want to escape the office for a single, high-intensity session. While you are welcome to lead your own agenda, we also offer Workshop Facilitation & Preparation as an optional add-on for day stays. In this scenario, we join you to: Design the Agenda (a pre-call to structure your 8 hours for maximum output), Active Facilitation (we lead the sessions, manage the energy, and document the results), The Synthesis (you leave with a summary of decisions and next steps, ensuring the day's momentum isn't lost). It's the perfect way to turn a "team away day" into a high-value strategic milestone.
Product & Design Logic: We help move from a fuzzy idea to a functional blueprint by mapping journeys and identifying logic gaps. Organizational & Cultural Alignment: We facilitate sessions to solve human friction, define shared values, and align leadership on a singular vision. Operational Clarity: We map your current workflows to expose bottlenecks and define clear roles and decision-making flows. Not necessarily. If your team already has a clear agenda and just needs the space and silence to execute, you can book an Independent Stay (The Sanctuary). We provide the environment and tactical support, while you retain total autonomy over your time.
Yes, friendly dogs are welcome. If you don't have your own "office therapy dog," our resident Feel Good Manager, Hailey, is always on-site and happy to lend a paw. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare for a multi-dog household.
The valley is a 20-minute drive from Vigo (VGO) airport and 1.5 hours from Porto (OPO) by car. To make your arrival seamless, we organize airport transfers with our trusted drivers from either location directly to our door.
Breakfast: A fully stocked pantry is available for self-service at your own pace. Lunch: Depending on your package, a catered lunch is either included or available as a simple add-on. Dinner: This is your time to disconnect. The kitchen and BBQ are fully equipped for team cooking, or we can recommend our favorite local tapas spots nearby.
