The Space
Designed for creativity, rooted in reality
A living house, hosted by a family of designers and consultants — a working setting that uses nature as a tool for clarity, connection, and creative decompression. Your space to filter out the noise and focus on what matters.
The House
A BBQ kitchen turned into a semi-outdoor meeting room, opening onto the garden with a 6 m² whiteboard wall. An indoor workspace handles calls and quiet focus. Five double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies over the valley. Upcycled furniture, high-speed fibre, and a house that feels lived-in rather than hotel-polished. Two separate units — your team takes the upper two floors while we live on the ground floor.
The Garden
Two thousand square metres of old pine, palms, and fruit trees. An expansive lawn for hanging flip charts under the trees; hidden corners for quiet reading or a solo call. Forest scents instead of air-con, birdsong instead of office chatter, sun on your face instead of fluorescents. The garden is a working space in its own right — and the place teams come when they need their shoulders to drop.
The Valley
Val Miñor views from every balcony, forest at the back of the house, the Atlantic ten minutes away. Playa América is two kilometres of golden sand for long walks; Playa Patos is a surf beach with fun breaks for every level. The Camino de Santiago runs right by the house. This area has its own special kind of magic: ocean breeze carrying eucalyptus and pine from the forest, flowers that bloom year-round, a greenness that shifts through the seasons but never really leaves.
