Combining project management expertise with high-stakes facilitation, she excels at unsticking "projects in crisis" and moving teams from deadlock to a clear, shared way of working.

Product Design & UX
With over 12 years of experience, Kyle turns complex data and abstract ideas into tangible digital reality. Having spent years in information design — building high-stakes dashboards and visualization tools for the financial sector — he excels at making dense information intuitive.
As a founding designer for a scaling Swiss startup, he built a complete platform ecosystem from a blank page. He ensures your workshop breakthroughs don't just stay on a whiteboard, but leave as interactive, testable prototypes.

Hailey
Hailey greets every arrival, supervises every coffee break, and quietly appears at the feet of whoever in the room looks like they need a minute. Her role is largely ceremonial, but she takes it seriously.
If you have your own office dog, bring them — Hailey is an experienced host and happy to share the sofa.

The Place
Nigrán, Galicia, Spain
The Eira sits in the Rías Baixas region of Galicia — Spain's green Atlantic coast. A landscape of estuaries, oak forests, granite valleys, and vine-covered hillsides that stretches to the ocean.
It is 20 minutes from Vigo (VGO) airport and 1.5 hours from Porto (OPO), yet it feels worlds away from both. The valley holds a particular quality of quiet that is hard to find, and harder to leave.
We chose this place deliberately. It is close enough to reach easily, and far enough to actually arrive.
